Here on the server, skill 161 of the Water class is an AoE (Area of Effect).
To make it AoE, you need to have the passive skill "Ice Lance Mastery". It doesn’t need to be at a high level; just having it is enough. Note that Ice Lance Mastery does not affect the skill's damage, and leveling it up will not change anything. Its sole purpose is to enable skill 161 to function as an AoE.
