This server goes up to skills level 161.
To obtain these skills, just go to the NPC in the City of each race and buy them.
The skills may come randomly from your Race.
If you get skills from another race, you can sell or provide them to newcomers.
For Slayers, the Warp Portal (Teleport) skill is available from the NPC for free (in the store).
Just buy and use it. It has a skill requirement for usage.
