When creating your character, you will receive 20 Hourglass 2x to start on the server. (These hourglasses disappear if you log out)
The Market and Basket are entirely in-game. (They are located in the Function tab, below the skills)
Free starting items are in the Game Point tab of the Market.
At the NPC Ober, located in each race's city, you can go to the starting maps and level up quickly.
